How do I know the cremains I receive are my pet companion's?

All pet companions that are privately or individually cremated are identified with a unique name tag, and entered into a system of continuous monitoring.  They are all handled with the utmost care and respect from the time of removal to the delivery of cremains. We can also provide you with a Cremation Certificate guaranteeing that the cremains you have received are those of your pet companion. You can request this directly through us, or through your veterinarian. Please make sure to provide the date of birth and the date of death.

Can I be present for my pet companion's Private Cremation?

Upon request, a Private Viewing can be arranged for those who wish to be present at the time of cremation. Please be advised that these appointments are typically booked in advance. For a nominal fee, your pet companion will be groomed and presented in a private viewing room for an allotted time. After the viewing the client has the option of being escorted to the crematory to ensure the proper handling and care of the pet companion. Please be advised that this is the only way to confirm the retrieval of your pet companions cremains within the same day.

To schedule a Private Viewing please contact one of our counselors at (305) 223-6515 or (800) 427-1669 (Outside of Miami Dade County). We will accommodate all situations as quickly and respectfully as possible.
